What will be the delivery charges?
We offer free shipping all over the US. There are no hidden charges applicable except the ones that can be charged by your Credit Card Company or online payment gateway. (If any).
Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of 3-5 working days?
We follow a minimum delivery cycle of 3 to 5 working days. Some factors including non-availability of stock, the delivery cycle on the logistic partner’s end, deliver location, weather conditions & natural calamities may cause a delay in delivery. We always value our customers & their feedback. Do write to us at email@example.com in case your products are not delivered on time.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We normally deliver most orders between 3-5 working days. You will be notified once your product is ready to ship and dispatch. Your product delivery time depends upon the availability of the product.

We offer complete transparency & no hidden costs to our customers. On our end you will only be billed the final amount seen on your account screen, we are not liable for any charges that you may be charged by your credit card or online payment provider.
Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each customer?
In case you have requested a change in location, the delivery time for your order will vary due to geographical reason. During the holiday season or other times the delivery can be affected by heavy demand of products in a particular region. You will be notified in case there is a change in delivery time through email. Should you face any other problems in delivery, you can notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org. (any particular reason this email address isn't on the London Rag mail server; it gets extremely dicey with vfemails being introduced into the picture as we are trying to project ourselves as a foreign brand.)
I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
We always feel happy in listening to our customer queries & helping them with the best solutions. In case you want to return any product, you can write to us at email@example.com with a reason to return. If it fits our return requirement, we’ll process a pick-up for you. You’ll receive an email consisting with a return label & a feasible pick-up time by our logistic partner.
